It is an immense pleasure and an absolute honour to be associated as a Correspondent at Fathima CSS for many years which has enriched my thought process, fortified my compassion and has made me a better human in many levels.
I welcome you all the 2019 - 20 Academic year and wish you all the very best of learning and a wealth of knowledge which will make you all the pillars of progress that our great Nation will witness in future with your meaningful contribution
I take this opportunity to commend and congratulate, Principal - Dr.Nigar Akthar and Vice Principal - Mrs. Naaz Parwar for their magnificent contribution in upholding the highest integrity and knowledge building process at Fathima CSS that makes me elated with absolute pride in my heart.

I, Dr.Nigar, Provide strategic directions in the school system. I have developed a standardized Curriculum, we assess teaching methodologies, monitor students" achievements, encourage parent involvement, revise policies and procedures, administer the budget, hire and evaluate staff.
I am a constant seeker of knowledge and always try to enhance the effectiveness of learning and I believe in stepwise accomplishments. At times people can't keep up with my ideas. it takes time for them to realize that changes are inevitable and stagnation is equivalent to death.
Most of my students are first generation learners. We turn them into adorable confident people who are sensitive to other's needs.
To give an example, I found two of my fastest runners not participating in the 800 meters dash. I called them aside and asked them why they didn't take part. They said, "If, we run, we will take all the prizes Mam; let the others get a few".
I take the privilege to educate children of all cast and creed, and provide an excellent learning environment for the students and make them well balanced global citizens.
I also lead teachers and staff set goals and ensure students meet their learning objectives and gain global skills.

It is with great pleasure thet I welcome you to the 2019-20 school year. It is a great honor to be a part of this Magnificent Institution. At this juncture, I would gratefully like to acknowledge the yeomen service rendered by our dedicated teachers. They have worked selflessly to bring glory to our institution. I would also like to thank our enthusiastic parents for their continued support.
We are living in a fast changing speeding world. Human life in general has become more complex today. As an educationist, I believe that education is a formative process where the school and the teachers have a greater role to play for a positive impact on the society.
I am pleased to acknowledge that Fathima CSS School lays emphasis not just on academic excellence but also on character building. It motivates the students to always "Aim High" and ultimate core values in integrity of character, maturity in behavior, create genius, loyalty to the nation and a balanced understanding of the global situation.
I wish and pray that the students of our institution imbibe human values and become socially conscious intellectually competent, morally upright and emotionally balanced.
